Sasha strives to create a warm and supportive space using a compassionate and collaborative approach. She is passionate about supporting her clients to recognise their strengths and explore new strategies to make meaningful change. Sasha enjoys working with neurodivergent individuals and providing evidence-based support for a range of difficulties, including anxiety, phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression and low mood, adjustment difficulties, emotion regulation difficulties, stress and burnout, low self-esteem and perfectionism.
