Interest Areas

I am a registered psychologist who provides a warm, supportive, and grounding space for adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, burnt out, or unsure of themselves. I aim to create an environment where clients feel heard, understood, and respected, and where therapy feels collaborative, and practical.

I believe therapy works best when we work together. I take time to understand each person’s unique experiences, strengths, and challenges, and I focus on building a genuine and trusting therapeutic relationship. My approach is compassionate and down-to-earth, with an emphasis on small, steady changes that feel achievable and meaningful.

I strive to offer a calm and welcoming space where clients can make sense of what’s been weighing on them, develop practical coping skills, and move toward a life that feels more balanced, confident, and aligned with their values.

Areas I Support
I have experience supporting adults with:

  • Anxiety, including generalised anxiety, social anxiety, and health anxiety
  • Stress, burnout, and ongoing worry
  • Depression and low mood
  • Relationship and interpersonal difficulties
  • Emotion regulation and feeling overwhelmed or reactive
  • Sleep difficulties and fatigue
  • Neurodivergence
  • Self-criticism, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and low self-worth
  • Life transitions, adjustment, and periods of uncertainty

Therapeutic Approach
My practice is grounded in evidence-based, person-centred care. I primarily use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and integrate:

  • DBT-informed strategies for emotional regulation and coping
  • Self-compassion-focused approaches
  • Gottman-informed techniques for relationship and communication concerns
  • Practical, skills-based strategies to build emotional resilience and confidence

I am committed to ongoing learning and reflective practice, and to providing thoughtful, high-quality care. My goal is to support clients in understanding themselves more deeply, navigating challenges with greater clarity and confidence, and creating a more meaningful and sustainable life.
