Interest Areas

I am a warm, empathic psychologist with experience working with individuals across the lifespan. I place strong emphasis on establishing a good therapeutic relationship with my clients as this is essential for bringing about meaningful and lasting change.

I find it rewarding to walk alongside clients as they navigate life’s challenges, helping them create a purposeful life guided by their values. I believe everyone has the capacity for growth when given the space to reflect, recognise their strengths, and connect with what truly matters to them. My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing on a range of evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, and Schema Therapy.
