Interest Areas 

I understand that for many people coming to therapy can feel daunting. Therefore, I aim to create a warm, inclusive, non-judgemental and collaborative space for my clients. My goal is to help my clients recognise their strengths, develop the tools to manage life’s challenges, and make meaningful change.

 

I am endlessly curious about people and have enjoyed working with a broad range of clients across the lifespan in private practice and education settings. I have worked with children, adolescents and caregivers, as well as assessing and supporting neurodiverse clients of all ages. I have also run, researched and modified a school-based group program for anxiety.

 

My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based frameworks and tailored to each client’s specific needs. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and have experience incorporating aspects of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) into therapy.
