Interest Areas 

As a registered psychologist, I’m passionate about working alongside clients aged 6 and above to create meaningful change and make sense of tricky thoughts, feelings, and life experiences. While I enjoy working across the lifespan, I have a particular interest in supporting young people as they navigate the ups and downs of an increasingly complex world. 
 
I bring warmth, humour, and genuine curiosity into sessions, shaping therapy to what works best for each individual while always grounding the approach in evidence-based practice. For some therapy may be complimented by colouring in, creative play-based activities, mapping out ideas visually, or simply sitting together in conversation. I also love sport, and where it fits, we can incorporate movement into sessions to build connection and explore challenges. 
 
I predominately draw upon Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), alongside principles from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
