I have worked with clients across the lifespan, with experience supporting adolescents, and adults. My primary therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), however I also draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Schema Therapy to tailor treatment to each person's unique needs, strengths, and goals.

I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where clients feel heard, understood, and respected. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful and lasting change.

I support clients experiencing a range of concerns, including, but not limited to:
