Interest Areas 

I am a registered psychologist with experience working in private practice, schools, and telehealth settings with children, adults, and families. I adopt a person-centred, empathetic and flexible approach to therapy, which allows me to work with others to meet their goals and improve their health and wellbeing.

 

I have worked with a variety of individuals, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, developmental and personality disorders, brain injury, gender dysphoria, behavioural concerns and chronic pain. I am particularly passionate about supporting children in building resilience through emotion regulation skills and developing communication skills, confidence and self-worth. Additionally, I enjoy working with neurodiverse individuals, focusing on practical strategies tailored to their needs whilst embracing and celebrating their unique qualities.
 
I have received training in and implement various therapeutic approaches, including but not limited to Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Schema Therapy.
