Interest Areas 

I am a psychologist with experience working in both non-government and public mental health settings with adolescents and adults. I work collaboratively with my clients using a warm and non-judgmental approach to assist them to fulfill their goals and improve their wellbeing.

 

I work predominantly with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, mood disturbances, panic attacks, interpersonal relationship difficulties, stress management, and personality disorders. While working in public mental health I facilitated group DBT for adults experiencing borderline personality disorder. I am enthusiastic about helping clients learn new skills to navigate challenges and achieve a life worth living. I also have an interest in supporting individuals with co-morbid chronic pain and health conditions.
 
The modalities of individual therapy I provide are:  
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT); Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT); Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)
