Interest Areas
It is important to me to assist people in understanding themselves and developing skills that improve mental health and wellbeing. I believe a strong collaborative relationship is key and aim to provide a non-judgemental and supportive space to work with clients collaboratively to reach their goals. I have experience in both intervention and assessment, working with people across the lifespan. My therapeutic style draws upon evidence-based treatments, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), metacognitive therapy (MCT) and dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT). I work with individuals experience a variety of challenges, including issues relating to depression, anxiety, sleep, emotional regulation difficulties and ADHD.
