I aim to provide a friendly, empathic, and non-judgemental space where you feel safe to explore and understand your unique circumstances. I work collaboratively with each individual, drawing on your strengths and interests to help you reach your goals, and develop a clearer understanding of yourself and your experiences. 

 

I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist and have worked in government settings, schools and private practice, both in Australia and overseas. I have experience working with children, young people, families and adults across the lifespan and at various stages of life. I am experienced in supporting people with anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional and behavioural difficulties, parenting challenges, neurodiversity, and complex presentations. 
 
My therapeutic approach includes evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR). I work alongside clients to develop individualised plans, build resilience, and promote wellbeing.

I am also an experienced clinical supervisor and support clinical staff within the Willow Tree Psychology and Wellbeing. I love spending time with other psychologists to help them develop their skills and appreciate the ways in which this helps me develop too.
