Interest Areas 
I work with children, adolescents and young adults to address a range of presenting concerns. I have an interest in child development and have experience in providing therapeutic intervention for children and families experiencing behavioural issues, emotional dysregulation, and childhood mental health disorders. 
 

I am committed to using evidence-based therapies to support clients to make positive changes and improve quality of life. My therapeutic approach is primarily informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy. I understand that attending therapy can feel confronting, and so I approach my work with clients in a warm and empathetic manner to develop a positive and safe therapeutic relationship. I tailor my interventions to suit the specific presentations and needs of each client and support my clients to develop the skills to reach their therapeutic goals.
