I am a warm and compassionate clinician and I aim to create a safe, non-judgemental, and welcoming environment to support my clients. I value building strong therapeutic connections with my clients and working collaboratively to help my clients reach their goals and enhance their well-being. I am an eager listener and my genuine interest in my clients forms the foundation of my therapy approach. 

 

I tailor intervention to each client’s specific needs, utilising evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). 

 

In both my practice and my research, I specialise in working with members of LGBTQIA+ communities and I am passionate about providing safe and inclusive spaces for clients of diverse identities. 

 

I have experience as an early career psychologist in the following areas;

• Providing psychoeducation and delivering interventions to clients with various mental health concerns such as anxiety, panic disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, depression, emotion regulation difficulties, perfectionism, low self-esteem, sleep difficulties, etc. 
• Supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) with; managing friendships, social skills development, emotion regulation, behavioural management, sleep, executive functioning, and organisation.
• Supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals and their families.
• Supporting trans, nonbinary, and gender diverse people.
