I am a Clinical Psychologist passionate about supporting people through a warm, holistic and empowering lens. My work centres on creating calm, non-judgemental and collaborative spaces where people can feel safe, seen and heard to explore, heal and grow. I aspire to help people explore who they are beneath the layers and begin their journey of self-discovery and re-connection with themselves.

 

I am passionate and experienced in supporting anxiety, depression, stress, attachment, people pleasing, burnout, perfectionism, self-worth, relationship conflict, sleep difficulties, trauma and emotional wellbeing. I also offer a neuroaffirming lens and have extensive experience working with those who are autistic or ADHD, with a specific interest in internalised and high masking presentations. 
 
I have experience in working with children, adolescents, and adults across both public and private sectors. My therapeutic approach combines principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), EMDR, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
