Interest Areas
I am a compassionate, warm and empathetic, clinical psychologist who values the importance of collaboratively working with clients to support their mental health and wellbeing. I believe in providing a caring, and compassionate environment that is empowering. We all experience challenges in life, but through individual therapy, we draw upon evidence-based intervention in conjunction with a person’s own individual strengths and values to learn more effective skills to manage these challenges and gain new perspectives and change.

I have a broad range of professional experience, working across public, NGO and private sectors in clinical and leadership roles. I have an interest in the trajectory of childhood development and how this shapes us into young people and adults. I can support clients across the lifespan.

I am skilled in delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions working from an attachment perspective, using trauma-informed care principles. I tailor my clinical intervention to meet the unique needs of each client however draw upon interventions including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy (ST), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I have experience in clinical facilitation of group therapy programs, including DBT and being trained in Tuning into Teens.
